After 2 years of development LVM Studios announces the first 3 detail sets which are part of a complete series for detailing the in 1986 released Shuttle Launch Tower (4910/4911) by Revell. According to many people an impossible job but we managed to super detail the model and still maintain a lot of the original kit features.
The first detail kit LC39S1 (69 PE parts) will provide platforms, stairs and equipment on the tower (FSS), the second one will provide details for the FSS elevator shaft and room (13 PE parts). The third kit (19 PE parts) will provide parts for detailing the hammer head crane. All detail sets come with an extensive assembly manual. The kits will be released beginning of October 2011.
