This latest CD from Aero Research has their second volume on US F-16s. As prevalent as this aircraft is, you'd think that more modelers would gravitate towards them, but for some reason, grey jets are just not as popular as you might think. The F-16 is getting pretty close to the F-4's totals in terms of aircraft built and it will be interesting to see how close it comes as the type is still in low level production after nearly 40 years.

You get the usual ramp shots with the vast majority of them crisp and clear. There are also some taken at air shows and a few that have noses and tails cropped. A nice number of in flight images are also included. Not much in the way of special schemes with US F-16s, though there are a number of USN F-16Ns with a few in some interesting camouflage. There are also some boss birds and those with unit names on the fin from various weapons meets such as those at Nellis every two years (at least I think they are still doing that).

There are 177 images covering 306 megabytes of disc space. Each image has all the information about the aircraft including date and place photographed if it was known. You will find that this disc has the aircraft listed by wing/group with a few exceptions.

Like the other products of Aero Research, this one is a disc of eye candy that will be appreciated by modelers and fans of the aircraft alike.
