This volume is on the Hurricane as used by Polish pilots in the RAF. It concentrates on those units that were comprised primarily of Polish aircrew and mechanics; specifically 302, 303, 306, 308, 315, 316 and 317 squadrons.

The book is entirely in Polish, but this is not much of a hindrance as much of the book is photographs and profiles done from those photographs. This in itself makes this an invaluable reference for those interested in this aspect of the war and especially to modelers who want to get the details right on their particular Hurricane kit. I know that it has been a big help to me on mine and answered a number of questions.

In addition to the outstanding photos and color profiles, there is a complete listing of aircraft and squadrons as well as a superb set of 1/72 plans for three of the more common Hurricane types used during this time period

Overall, an outstanding publication and I look forward to being able to review others in this series.
