NOTES:

The latest offering from Wolfpak Decals is one with mostly grey planes. Seven options ae included in this one including some pretty big aircraft.

We start with a pair of 114 FS, Oregon ANG Eagles. This is the training squadron for ANG F-15 pilots and the sheet allows you to do either an F-15C or F-15D. There are alternate tail serials for the F-15C.

Next is an EA-6B from VAQ-142 during operations in Afghanistan in 2006. This one has large splotches of FS 36118 and 36270 over its standard tactical paint scheme. As a note, this unit went on to be the first operational EA-18G unit in late 2009.

From 2015 is a VAQ-129 EA-18G. 129 is the training squadron for the Growler, which has now replaced all Navy EA-6Bs.

There are two B-52Hs on this sheet. One is the 69 BS boss bird from 2015. This one is named 'We Make Knightmares' with the appropriate nose art. The other is from the 11BS at Barksdale AFB in 2005 and is named 'The Last Laugh'.

Finally a B-1B from the 128 BS, Georgia ANG in 2002, the last year the unit flew these planes. They stood down for nine years before reforming on the E-8C JSTARS in 2011. Prior to this, the unit's personnel had been working along with the USAF E-8 unit at the same base.

There are kits available for all the subjects so modeling any of these will be easy enough.  As usual for Wolfpak, the decals are superbly printed by Fantasy Printshop and the sheet comes with the best background information provided by any sheet in the business. Note that the Fantasy Printshop decals are quite glossy so you'll need a clear matte or semi-matt coat over these once they have been applied.

Thanks to WolfPak Decals for the review sample. Visit them at their web site and pick up yours.
