NOTES:

This second new sheet covers four more various USAF types from the past and present. This one is called 'Air and Ground'. Like the previous sheets, the instructions are superlative and provide you full camo schemes taken from the T.O. (Technical Order),photos of some of the subjects,  full load out information and gives you a nice background history on each of the aircraft involved. There is also a recommended kit listing, which covers the most easily obtainable.

First up is John Madden's 555 TFS/8TFW MiG killing F-4D from 1972 in standard SEA camouflage.

Next is an F-16C from the soon to be gone 170 FS just a few miles from here in Springfield, Illinois.

An A-10A from the 357 FS/355 FW at Davis Mothnan AFB circa 2006 is next in its nice, grey scheme.

Finally, an MC-130E that was a participant in the Eagle Claw operation to free the Iranian Hostages in 1980. The attempt was a failure for many reasons and while no hostages were freed, all the participants came back home. I was based on Diego Garcia at the time and what I believe are the MC-130s that participated in this venture were originally based there for a short time. Here are two photos I took of the planes. Even when enlarging the images, the serials are nearly impossible to read as they are quite small and the color of the serials blend in so well with the background.

The sheet itself is superbly printed by Fantasy Printshop and is in perfect register.
