This sheet from Yellow Wings is for prewar US insignia. It provides insignia in several sizes of 40, 42, 46, 52, 54, 56 and 60 inches in diameter. The aircraft for which these are fitted are the Catalina, Vindicator, Devastator, Dauntless, Buffalo, Wildcat, and Grumman Biplanes. The instructions contain specifics on which sizes go with which aircraft.

I'm sure that several of these sizes would fit a number of USAAC planes as well, which makes it a good general insignia sheet.
