This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the recent Kitty Hawk 1/48 F-101 Voodoo. Should Kitty Hawk decide to do other versions, I'm betting these will fit those as well. The Voodoo landing gear are particuilarly complex and SAC has done a fine job on this set. There are main gear legs with the built in brakes, retraction struts, one set of which is handed and provided on metal sprue. The main gear strut also has a bunch of additional pieces, several of these molded on metal sprues to protect them. This set is nicely molded and is a direct replacement for the kit parts.
