This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the recent Trumpeter 1/48 Su-24 Fencer. It should come as no surprise that this is a very complex landing gear. Russian aircraft seem to lean to lots of parts in their gear and this is undoubtedly due to the requirement to operate from unpaved surfaces. As oyou have a ton of different retraction struts and braces as well as a 'kneed' main landing gear. As you can see, several components are in metal sprues to help protect them from being damaged. These are nicely molded and are direct replacements for the kit parts.
