Now this is something a bit different. It is a replacement prop for the Trumpeter 1/72 Sea Fury. While it consists of just the prop blades and a disc on which to attach them, it includes an alignment jig to be sure that we get the blades on their right. I find it a bit odd that there is no spinner included with this, but apparently the kit one is fine.

I also see no reason why this couldn't be used on the Frog or Pioneer kit unless the hub diameter is different.
