You are probably thinking, "Why do I need these as the kit flaps are built to be displayed in the 'down' position?". Well, that is the reason for this set. Not all the time were Corsair flaps deployed and those who have tried to build their Corsair with the flaps up have realized what a royal pain it is to get the darn kit parts to fit.

Well, thanks to this new set from Ultracast, you no longer have to do all that cutting and hacking and cursing. This set is molded with a new set of alignment tabs that provide the sort of direct replacement fit that Ultracast is renown. Simply remove them for the very thin pour stubs, install and paint.
